1、当用户在天乐购平台下单时，配送员会收到订单推送，并自动语音播报订单。
2、配送员可根据距离自己目前为止的远近和订单可获得的收益，来决定是否抢单。
3、同时，平台管理员可以在后台指定某个配送员配送某个订单。
4、在订单配送完成后，配送员会得到相应的配送费，自动进入账户余额。
