APP不会在后台获取位置，只会在添加设备时才会获取用户当前信息，长时间使用GPS在后台运行可能显著减少电池寿命
APP为原天卫预警1.0的升级应用，增加了对设备报警时实现查看设备详情、消音、对报警警情进行处理记录日志的功能，并且增加了对单位的管理，对设备数据可以跟踪数据的日常上报日志，以便事后分析设备的运行情况。
