懷孕對於每個女性來說都是重要的生命體驗,孕婦瑜伽協助女性走過這段自我覺知的旅程,有助於改善焦慮、恐懼,並透過了解自己的身心來獲得自信。
這段特別的生命體驗象徵一段螫伏、一種蛻變,也是最能感受到生命與內在經歷的狀態,而瑜伽提供了適當的呼吸法、體位法作為工具,協助孕期的準媽咪完成這堂自我覺察的課題。
特色:
- 孕婦瑜伽 APP 透過六堂基礎課程,讓孕期準媽咪可以安排自己的時間體驗瑜伽運動。
- 放鬆訓練課,包含拉梅茲、蜜蜂呼吸、瑜伽睡眠等五種放鬆訓練,緩和生活中的壓力。
- 十二種瑜伽故事音樂繪本,透過繪本了解不同瑜伽姿勢的內涵,以及心靈的溝通。
