接单：当小彩妹业主端（小彩妹社区）中有提交报修记录，物业端就会接收到，然后确认接单，接单状态有：异常处理中、 客服消单、 已取消、 未接单、 已派单、已评价 、 待确认 、已完结 、未完成 、维修中
报修：物业端也可以提交报修，报修完成后会在相对应的报修记录中显示
预约：物业端可以预约访客来访，来访结束后有对应的访客记录
挪车：物业端可以通过搜索车牌号来告知业主进行挪车
投诉，意见反馈
