（2）“全球应急（医疗）救援物资储备基地平台”:与各级政府、园区龙头企业共享共建的应急物资“云储备基地”，为战时“优先征采”的制高点，打造全球应急物资云储备中心。
（3）“集约化企业线上线下交易信息免费发布平台”：为应急产业龙头企业“免费交易平台”，线上“免费”产品交易、产品展示技术交流、人才招聘、原物料采购等服务，线下“免费”参加每年度举办的“中国国际应急（医疗）救援产业采购博览会。
