1､请将您的食指指尖置于后置摄像头镜头及闪光灯上。请不要用力按压否则您可能切断指尖血液循环以及影响读数。
2､软件需要5秒左右时间来计算您的心率并更新数值，需要10秒以上来获取精确心率数值。
