是指我方对商品的描述是如实的,没有不符合商品的时机的描述以及言过其实的描述，当用户发现获得商品与本站描述不符,造成的经济损失，用户有权向惠惊喜发起赔付申请，经查证核实后根据标准进行赔付
2.七天内发货原则
当用户拥有该商品并如实填写收货地址后，若卖家未在与买家协商情况下延迟发货，则违反七天内发货原则，用户有权向惠惊喜客服处发起投诉赔付退款（此条不适用于预售商品）
3.正品质量保证
我方须保证商品采购为正品行货，如用户发现商品非人为因素的质量问题，经厂家或特约售后服务中心检测确认之后我方配合完成商品退换货服务
