百姓心声，它覆盖12345市民热线呼转、诉求反馈、热点诉求和我的诉求，搭建了百姓与政府的沟通桥梁，实现了采集民情，落实了执行为民理念，提高了百姓幸福感。
黑河文旅，它作为城市名片，汇集了黑河文化与旅游发展建设成果，为市民提供了解黑河、宣传黑河的平台，有效增强了百姓自豪感。它包括黑河旅游服务、黑河绿色物产服务、城市荣誉和历史人物等内容。
