通过本app工作人员或市民可及时的上报当地发生事件到对应部门，相关部门收到上报事件提醒后能够及时的处理或者分发事件给对应的部门处理，事件流转完后，会把处理结果反馈到上报人手里。对应部门或者领导可方便的审查何地何时发生过什么事件，工作人员也可方便的查询到本人经手或者上报的历史事件。
