近年來，「日間照顧中心」、「社區照顧關懷據點｣等社區照顧服務單位，成為長者與家屬維繫情感的重要角色。而「智慧社區關懷APP」軟體，為社區照顧服務單位和參與該單位的銀髮長者及其家屬方便聯繫、貼心關懷之數位資訊化軟體，不僅可以很方便地將服務單位各項資訊傳達給銀髮長者及其家屬，家屬也能透過本軟體很容易地查看長輩在單位中的各項活動情形，社區關懷更放心！
