桔康托嬰中心除了希望成為爸爸媽媽的支援系統外，也希望桔康托嬰中心能成為爸爸媽媽交換教/養育孩子們的資訊交換站，在這裡，我們就像個大家庭，我們可以一同分享帶孩子的酸甜苦辣，我們也主動分享與孩子相處的教養知識，希望爸爸媽媽在育兒的路上有甜美的回憶。
桔康托嬰中心設立除了提供嬰幼兒基本照護及教育責任外，我們希望透過教與養，減輕父母養兒育女的焦慮，因此我們的主張如下，
1.尊重孩子獨有的、個別性的發展，也主張應讓孩子學習尊重外在社會規範。
2.透過與家長的互助合作，協助孩子成長。
3.透過學者專家的幫忙，希望提供孩子一個像家的安全環境。
4.致力發展「類家庭」的托育環境。
