What is it about?
1.申办犬证。用户注册后，提供您的身份信息(证件号码、证件照片、手机号)或养犬单位的信息(单位名称，统一社会信用代码、营业执照照片、法人身份证号码和证件照片)、养犬地址信息与犬信息，经审核后，在服务点注射植入式芯片，发放蓝牙犬牌和登记证。

2.犬证变更。养犬信息有变动，可对信息进行更改并提交审核。
3.电子犬证。审核成功后，发放电子犬证，可在app内查看，一犬一证。
4.犬证年检。查看犬证的年检记录，保证年检不过期。
5.授权定位后以便自动获取附近线下服务点。
