人的睡眠是有节律的,深睡眠和浅睡眠交替反复进行,直到清醒。如果您在深睡眠中被闹钟叫醒,则会导致醒来后昏昏欲睡,精神状态低迷。而如果在浅睡中醒来,则会有较好的精神状态。
打开我们的浅睡闹钟会设置2个闹钟,第一个闹钟会在设置时间20分钟前触发,以较低音量播放选定的闹钟声音。如您此时在浅睡眠中,较低音量也会将您叫醒。如您此时在深睡眠中,根据睡眠周期的时间,在20分钟之后您将处于浅睡眠周期中,此时的普通音量的闹钟会将您叫醒。双闹钟的设置会确保您在浅睡眠中醒来。
