ITakeCare is a mobile app dedicated to in-home caregivers of elderly or patients who suffer from chronic illnesses. They can be family members or domestic helpers of such patients(care recipients). You can - for one or more of your care recipients - maintain digital medical profile, activity calendar and make advanced bookings of escort service and barrier-free taxi for outgoing activities in this app.

Digital Medical Profile:
You can save and view the updated medical history and medication details of each care recipient in the mobile app anytime, anywhere. Such handy information can facilitate communication among caretakers, family members, patients as well as medical professionals.

Activity Calendar:
Caretaker can maintain activity calendar of each care recipient categorized by Hong Kong government/public medical appointments, private medical appointments and other social activities. For Hong Kong government/public medical appointment, you can use the one-click image scanning feature to capture the appointment details from the hospital appointment slip automatically! This does not only save your time and effort but also reduce the chance of human error in manual input. Caretakers can easily access to activity schedule of care recipients and they will receive reminders for all scheduled activities.

Escort and Barrier-free Taxi Booking (For Hong Kong only)
While you schedule a new activity in the care recipient’s calendar, you can at the same time book escort service and/or barrier-free taxi (it allows passenger to stay in wheelchair throughout the journey without the needs of transfer) instantly. You don’t need to make and manage such bookings separately by phone call or email. More importantly you don’t have to worry about forgetting to make the bookings right before the activity happen after a long period of time. The booking will be processed timely based on service level agreement of our service provider. The booking will become part of the activity in care recipient’s calendar for easy review of its associated status and confirmation details like the coming taxi car plate number.
