為孩子建立安全的優質成長環境
黃園長為玉兒托嬰中心的創辦人暨負責人，也是一對兒女的母親。
從事幼教二十年一直對幼兒教育熱情不減，憑著對幼教的熱愛及對社會回饋的一顆真誠的心，以及全體專業的師資團隊，經營玉兒托嬰中心。
每天與孩子相處那天真無邪可愛的臉孔及童言童語、舉手投足、天使般的純潔，都帶給我們無比的成就與歡樂，園所取名玉兒緣自於期望本園培育出像玉一般堅毅、珍貴的孩子，孩子就像一個吸水海棉，教他什麼他就吸收什麼，由此可知園所、家長、老師、照顧者對孩子影響剖深。
