主要功能：
1、患者及待签文档查询与预览：医生或护士在移动设备上访问移动签署系统，可以查看当前科室下推送到移动签署服务的患者列表，同时可以点开特定患者的待签署文档，供患者及家属预览。
2、患者签署文档与证据采集：患者在预览文档后可以进行本人及家属的手写签名，手写抄录，拍照，指纹等证据的采集，最后提交签署包进行事件型证书的申发。
3、支持离线签署场景：支持待签文档缓存功能，同时对采集完毕数据加密缓存，在院内弱网、无网环境，安全保留患者签署数据，顺利完成文档签署与病患意愿表达。
