空氣品質監測項目為懸浮微粒(PM10)、細懸浮微粒(PM2.5)、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、臭氧及一氧化碳等；CEMS監測資訊則為管制對象之煙道排放情形，上述資訊皆為每小時更新，以利民眾掌握花蓮縣即時環境資訊。
