一副扑克共54张，除去大小王，剩余52张，由四个人玩，每人13张。拿到黑桃A和黑桃3的玩家为盟友，其它两家为盟友。若一位玩家同时黑桃A和黑桃3，则该名玩家为双地主，其它三名玩家为盟友。双方在牌局中斗智斗勇，争取先把自己的牌出完，最后根据过完牌的排名先后计算积分。
