财开心是一款专为代理记账公司设计的发票委托开具APP，主要功能有开票委托、发票查询。
其中开票委托是通过APP提交发票开具申请，提交发票申请后，开票客户端会自动开具发票，开具完成后推送到APP进行查看。
发票查询功能是通过APP可以查询到所有开具的发票信息。
主要功能点介绍：
1.配合多盘托管电票项目和E开柜项目使用
2.手工填开：填写发票抬头、接收方式、商品信息提交开票委托申请
3.扫码自开：录入商品信息后，生成开票二维码，消费者扫码自助提交开票申请
4.发票列表： 消费者是否扫码、发票是否开具成功
5. 我的抬头管理：手工填开的发票中录入的抬头信息会自动保存到问我的抬头中，可以进行查看、编辑
