机构设立
贵阳市住房保障中心属贵阳市住房保障和房产管理局下属正科级全额拨款事业单位，于2004年经市委、市政府同意组建，2008年经市编办同意，更名为贵阳市住房保障中心。
工作职责
受市住房保障和房产管理局委托，承担保障性住房申请家庭审查、复核、建档等日常服务工作；
承担保障性住房租赁、组织销售、回购、储备等工作；负责接受社会捐赠的廉租住房或用于廉租住房建设的资金；
收集整理房屋租赁市场有关资料，采集市场房屋租金信息；
对房屋租赁活动进行登记备案；
管理房屋租赁档案；承担住房保障和房屋租赁相关报表的统计。
