为了更好、更精准地检测、统计环境质量状况及污染追溯源，通州区环保局会每天固定时间检测维护设备，通州运维app为环保局的日常运维工作提供了方便快捷的服务，此app主要分四部分：
一、事件
驻场工程师每天固定时间多次查看环境质量状况监控系统及污染源监控系统，发现设备异常或数据异常时，第一时间创建事件，联系现场人员作出判断，根据结果转给对应业务部门或现场运维工程师处理。
二、巡检
现场工程师按照巡检计划，定期对大气、水质及污染源、工况设备进行现场检查、清洁、更换耗材。
三、督察
局方人员不定期到监控点进行现场督察的工作，可以在系统中对每次现场督察的情况进行记录。
四、统计分析
统计分析可以根据不同的统计指标，选择时间范围，生成指定条件的统计分析报表。
