员工或部门需要使用印章时，通过APP提交用印请求，申请内容包括但不限于用印目的、用印文件类型、用印时间、用印地点等
2、用印审批
审批人对用印申请进行审核和批准的过程，审批人可以根据申请内容、印章种类、公司政策等因素，决定是否批准用印请求。
3、用印任务
用印审批完成后，自动生成用印任务，用印任务主要涉及解锁印章、文件比对、印章使用、记录及监管等多个环节。通过APP解锁印章设备开始用印。
