App Store Description

The purpose of the EAP Crisis app is to provide clients immediate support in the form of a chat with an expert. The application works in two ways: Client Mode and Expert Mode.

Client Mode:
Connect experts with the help of the EAP Crisis app. Experience a new level of support and connection.
Whether you’re dealing with work stress or personal issues, if you need immediate help, our experts are here for you. Just enter some information, answer some questions, and you can start a conversation with an expert, that the system chooses for you. If you received the support you needed, you can close and delete the conversation. If you get a message from the expert, you get notified even if the app is closed.
As a client, you can also modify their profile data (username, email, password) in the app.

Expert Mode:
The experts can see all the conversations the system issued to them, in a list. They can chat the clients, get notified of the new messages and new conversations, and if needed, close and delete the conversations.
