eAppt@ICA

This application is a service of Singapore Government.

eAppt@ICA is the latest initiative from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), which allows members of public to book an appointment with ICA to complete their application processes as well as to change or cancel appointments. With eAppt@ICA, everyone will have the following services at their fingertips:

1) Book appointments* with all 3 Services Centres of ICA.
2) View existing appointments* made with ICA at 'My Appointment' tab.
3) Locate SingPost outlets for alternate site collection of selected ICA documents and passes.
4) Links to other Home Team Departments' homepage.
