What is it about?

Early Surf Report is app for surfers by surfers to share information on local surf conditions. As we all know the fun factor in surfing is very condition dependent. The major players in providing information which helps surfers choose when to surf don't do condition reports well. Their reports are either inaccurate or not localized enough (conditions vary greatly between regions or even surf spots), are not frequent enough (often there will only be a daily report and conditions change throughout the day) or they are paywalled when you need them most (e.g. early in the morning when you're trying to figure if it's worth getting out of bed to go for a surf before work). ESR is a platform where surfers can work together to build a more accurate picture of what is the surf is doing at this very moment.
