The application stands as a pioneering platform catering to the diverse needs of citizens and job seekers in Kuwait. Through our user-friendly interface, we facilitate the seamless discovery of job opportunities and efficient recruitment processes by collaborating with numerous approved and licensed recruitment offices across Kuwait. We aim to attract and enlist a talented workforce, thereby enhancing the prospects for individuals registered as job seekers. To achieve this, we view these offices and companies as strategic partners, acknowledging their pivotal role in our pursuit. The application operates through a structured sequence of stages. Commencing with the user opening the app and selecting the preferred nationality of the worker, the process continues with the perusal of CVs and the selection of a suitable candidate. Subsequently, a request is made and confirmation awaited. Upon approval or rejection, accompanied by reasons for the decision, the client is notified. Once approval is granted, the client proceeds to payment processing. Notifications containing the bill and contractual details are promptly dispatched via both message and email. The completion of the contract within 14 days leads to the arrival of the hired worker. The application serves as a cutting-edge solution that not only simplifies the job search and recruitment processes but also strives to elevate the employment landscape in Kuwait.
