Smart meals here means meals which are macro balanced, since this is the way to eat smart and achieve your health goals.

We know that healthy meal should be balanced with correct amounts of carbs, fats and proteins. But it is easier said than done. Without thorough knowledge of foods it is very difficult and time consuming to figure out how to create such a balanced meal. That's where this app comes into play. It solves this problem and takes out the guess work from this seemingly complex task. Just give this app one food item, and it'll automatically pick other food items from its list of food items to generate a balanced meal for you. Don't like the food items it picked, no problem, click the magic button on top left and it'll provide you with another list. Want to have specific amount of calories? Choose calories from the bottom right.

The app comes with a list of commonly used food items. But you have option to add your own food items, or copy food items from app's public list of food items to your personal list. You can also ignore certain food items which you don't want to appear in your meals.

Eating healthy and balanced food should result in improved health and physique. So this app also provides a body fat measure calculator along with option to keep track of your body measurements.

Meal Balancer comes with 1 month free trail when you buy 1 year subscription. You will be charged only after the end of this trial period. You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through the Subscribe option in the Subscription section which you can find in the Settings of the app. If you do not maintain a subscription you cannot maintain list of your own food items and cannot save your personal information.
