HERE IS HOW EATLES WORKS

1. Collect Your Foods
When you decide to take on the weight loss journey, the first thing you should consider is FOOD, Eatles' Inventory helps you organize foods in one place.

2. Punch the Clock
Have a meal routine keep you from binging and struggle. Create meal plans is just like create an alarm with foods attached to it, and you can see whether the meal plan is nutrition balanced and within daily calories goal.

3. Making Progress
As you using Eatles to log meals, Eatles use the records to generate serval kinds of reports on one page, such as "Last 7 Days", "Daily Calorie" and "Macronutrients".

4. Keep a Journal
Apart from letting Eatles track your records, make notes of daily activities, lessons learned and the mood yourself is important too.

5. Create an Analysis
Get stuck in the weight loss journey and want to find out why? Eatles let you create a customized analysis to apply to your records, and get you the answer you want.

6. Integration with Health app
When you log food, Eatles, with your permission*, will save the food's nutrition records to the Health app, where your data is safe. Also, allowing Eatles to read your weight record from the Health app is highly recommended, Eatles will only use this data to help you achieve your fitness goal.

* To permit Eatles to access data from the Health app, go to Eatles' Settings page, and tap Health to proceed.
