EazyStep is an app for HOW TO instructions for home appliances, equipment, tools etc. You can easily search to get the right assembly, on-boarding and operation guides for your problems, ask around the community for help and conduct self-service without the hassle of calling customer service. You can also share your usage experiences for products to help others out.

Within the latest release, you will be able to:
1. Search for specific product by text, image recognition and voice recognition
2. Check the details for a specific product, including HOW TO guidances in text and video formats alongside with detailed product specification
3. Register as our community member and ask for help from other community members for your questions about appliances at home
4. Upvote the best answers that helped you out or share the best answers to family member or friends via deep link to help them out
5. Add your interested products into your collection list for faster lookup
6. Provide answers you know for other questions and help others out
7. Edit and delete your answers to provide the most up-to-date assistance
8. Manage your user profile and account, see an overview of all the questions and answers you posted
9. Report inappropriate questions and answers posted by others
