It will also have an indirect impact on distressed migrant workers whose cases will be documented in a secure system, and followed up in a timely manner. The app will also be able to generate reports based on the data available if needed to inform their future strategies, push for policy change and research purposes. eBuddy acknowledges the need for privacy, trust and right process and system to deal with their day-to-day cases.
