Ecosmart Pool

A mobile-based platform through which parents can share their cars for their children while commuting between school and home, reducing the load of traffic around schools. This concept has been discussed with Kolkata Police to try and resolve heavy traffic around school zones during school start and closing times and ensuring safety of children.
Benifits:
• Reduce cost by not utilizing their own cars every day.
• Sending children in parents owned cars are safer than using commercial pool cars.
• Can choose to change the car pool if they are not happy with the group the child is travelling with.
• Give them a special badge / sticker to show that they are working towards a better city and better environment. Make them feel special.
• Showcase poolers in the schools / TTIS etc.
• Eased traffic to manage with reduced number of cars leading to less traffic snarls in front of the school.
• Branding / popularity on account of saving the environment, traffic solutioning, earning positive carbon credits etc.
