Provided by the cities of Moorpark, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Ventura County, this service covers unincorporated areas serviced by Thousand Oaks, plus Oak Park, Westlake Village, Camarillo, Somis, Santa Rosa Valley, Agoura Hills, and the CSUCI campus. ECTA CONNECT also links to other transit providers, including Gold Coast Transit’s GO ACCESS and LA Access Service, simplifying regional travel for seniors and ADA passengers.

Operating hours are weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The fare is $6.00 each way. You can pay your fare directly to the driver on board—just remember to bring the exact amount, as drivers cannot provide change. Additionally, one-way prepaid DAR tickets can be conveniently purchased at the Thousand Oaks Transportation Center, Thousand Oaks City Hall Finance Customer Service, or the Goebel Adult Community Center. Our fleet of ADA-compliant vehicles is fully equipped to accommodate mobility devices, ensuring every passenger can travel comfortably. Our friendly drivers are trained to assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle, as well as securing your mobility device for a safe journey.
