An app to facilitate risk assessment for lung resection surgery. The app uses preoperative FEV1 and DLCO values to compute predicted postoperative (PPO) values for FEV1 and DLCO. It creates a customizable report that can be printed or emailed directly from the iPhone.

QuickStart Instructions:
1. Enter pre-operative FEV1 and DLCO as raw values or percent predicted.
2. Select calculation method.
3. Select the resection parameters.
4. Calculate PPO FEV1 and DLCO.
5. Create, edit, and print or email a report.
