ELAPIZ Staff

eLAPIZ Staff" is a mobile SaaS application which reduces many manual operations of the teachers and school staff so that they can concentrate on their main role in educating the younger generation. Taking attendance, issuing library books to the students, approving leave requests are easy from their mobile devices.

This application is for the benefit of parents and students of the schools. Each eligible staff and teachers will be provided with the logins from their schools. This SaaS application will be used by any school staff and teachers. Depending on their login and email ID, only their school information is loaded.

This app will help the schools to manage their student attendance records and easier to take attendance and communicate with the students and parents and share the statistics about the students with their parents. Also this mobile application can help parents to apply for leave and the teachers approve the leave applications by the students and parents from their mobile devices. This app also will help the students and parents borrow books from the library and keep a record of the due dates and get reminders when the books are due.


This application will reduce manual operation steps by teachers and administrators and reduce manual errors and get the reports accurately and instantly by the school management.

The features include:
- Approving leave for students submitted by parents and students.
- Assign tasks to the library staff of the library books which are on hold.
- Check out and check ins of books by librarians.
- Notifying the staff to collect fine when the over-due books are returned.
