Electrica IR

Electrica IR is the mobile application through which the shareholders of Societatii Energetice Electrica SA (listed, BVB:EL and LSE:ELSA) can participate and vote in the General Meetings of Shareholders (AGM). The Electric Voting Platform, also accessible through this application, is intended to facilitate the exercise of shareholders' voting rights by electronic means. The application offers an improved experience, an intuitive and easy use, friendlier than the web browser version (https://electrica.voting.ro/, accessible from June 2022 on any electronic device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.))
Electrica encourages shareholders to participate in the general assembly sessions through the Electrica Voting platform, through the Electrica IR app or through the web platform https://electrica.voting.ro/ and reminds them of the benefits for them:
- participation and voting both before and during the AGM, remotely or from the hall, without requiring the designation of a physically present representative and without paper documents;
- the real-time transmission of the AGM, in audio/video format, bilingual Romanian-English;
- real-time bidirectional communication, which allows shareholders to address the general meeting from a distance, being able to formulate in writing, in the dedicated section, questions/mentions regarding each of the items on the agenda; NEW: through the Electrica IR app shareholders can connect audio/video and address the meeting in real time;
- viewing the agenda and all related supporting documents;
- exercising any type of vote (secret, open, simple, cumulative);
- viewing in real time the results of the votes from the convened/ongoing AGM, as well as viewing all the detailed results of the Electrica AGM after October 2024, as well as all the votes cast and validated in all the meetings attended;
- fast access from smartphone/tablet;
- NEW: direct interaction with Electrica through the app, by sending requests and questions directly from the application, with receiving subsequent answers by email or phone.;
- NEW: the possibility to contribute constructive feedback for Electrica on various topics of interest through the App;
- NEW: accounts for natural persons can be automatically validated (both personal data and shareholder status on the reference date) starting with this version, by scanning the identity card with the help of the smartphone/tablet camera, allowing very fast voting;
- all created accounts are also valid for the future AGM meetings, provided that the user is a shareholder on the reference date of the future AGM meetings;
- existing users of the Electrica Voting web platform will be able to use the same login data to access the mobile application, without having to recreate the account.
