We offer Yoga and Pilates classes for new beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. Our dedicated and experienced instructors have a background in various forms of movement, dance and sports. The classes we offer are both challenging and safe with a focus on functional anatomy, injury prevention and reducing stress levels. We offer Yoga and Pilates mat group classes, Pilates Reformer classes as well as private sessions and company classes.
