This is the official app of the Rio’s department of security and the Rio’s police department for reception of emergency calls and an alternative method of 911.

The app allows you to contact quickly the emergency public services, even to report an emergency situation or report a suspicious activity. It can quickly identify who you are, your location and the situation that you are involved to increase the efficient action of the authorities.

We ask to use the service responsibly and avoid the misuse that can feature prank.
We recommend that you fill your medical records and set the people you trust as "angels" to have a better protection in any emergency situation.

Digital system can suffer any communication problems and technical glitches so if you don't have any confirmation that the authorities were contacted, immediately call 911 or to a public emergency service that you want to contact.
