WHAT IS EMOJITNOW?

EmojitNow is a FREE feedback app that lets you ANONYMOUSLY give feedback – good or bad – on ANYTHING, anywhere, and at any time. Just find the ‘thing’ that you want to feedback on, choose an emoji icon and one of the given set of reasons, such as customer service, value for money or entertainment, and then just press submit. It’s that simple.

EmojitNow is also truly mobile, enabling you to share your feedback INSTANTLY, whilst on the go and when it matters most. This is important because how we feel immediately when something happens is the true reflection of our experience. So, by making the feedback submissions so quick and easy, you can submit exactly how you feel right at the moment it happens. Also, by selecting a reason as well as the emoji, you are showing your true sentiment, and not just your emotion.

WHY USE EMOJITNOW?

It’s for GOOD and BAD experiences – celebrate great experiences or highlight when and where things can be improved.

It’s QUICK – you can submit new or repeat feedback (what we call an ‘Emojit’) within a matter of seconds.

It’s REAL-TIME – you submit feedback using your mobile, as it happens and not days afterwards once the moment has passed.

It’s UNIVERSAL – you can submit feedback on anything – be it a new film or game release, a new TV series, your mobile, broadband or energy provider, or even your favourite sports team, actor or politician! There’s no longer any need to toggle from one review site to another.

WHY USE EMOJIS?

Emojis are the universal language to show how you feel, and by selecting a reason from the drop-down list in the app you are not only are you sharing your emotion, but you are also giving the reason for it – and therefore making your feedback meaningful. EmojitNow makes giving feedback FUN!

WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE FEEDBACK?

We share trending data, as well as publish leaderboards on the app, so all feedback is totally transparent. Not only can users see what and who is being Emojit’d about, but those being fed back on can also see the results – so they can see what they are doing well and what they can improve on.

HOW MANY EMOJITS CAN YOU SUBMIT?

You can submit as many Emojits as you want – though only 1 per hour on the same thing, with the same emoji and the same reason. However, you can always submit multiple Emojits on the same thing, but with a different emoji and/or reason.

HOW DO I SUBMIT AT EMOJIT?

Once you’ve logged in:

1. Select or type in the thing that you want to provide feedback on, be it a concert, a new film, a new computer game, or a restaurant...or anything else!

2. Choose an emoji

3. Select a reason from the drop-down list, e.g. food, ambiance, fashion

4. Press ‘EmojitNow’ to submit your feedback, and then you’re done!

WHAT DATA DO WE CAPTURE?

When logging in we don't ask for your name, only your mobile phone number. This enables us to send you a Verification Code for log in purposes. In addition, we ask you to accept our Terms of Use and confirm your age (range).

Viewing high-level results can be done without logging in, but to submit feedback you will need to log in and have Location Services turned on – so we can capture your country and location, e.g. United Kingdom, Slough.
