Changing behaviour takes time. It’s dogged that does it, but persisting is not easy.

eMovit can help you
- Remind yourself of your good intention at the right time
- Take small steps
- Focus on the immediate positive consequences of new behaviour.
- Be proud of accomplishments.

What we ask from you
- Acces to anonymous app logfiles of this app.
- Your answer to 3 short questions per day, in over a period of three weeks. This will take you a few seconds each time.
- Completing two short questionnaires, at the start and the end of of the 3-week study period. This will take approximately 5 minutes each time.

About this study
We know that mood and activity are associated. But how this association develops in real life is less clear. The purpose of this study is understand this better.
