I reviewed Jonna’s profile and found that she purchased the "Two Week Detox" membership. Based on the settings for this membership, it is configured to start on the customer's first visit.


For memberships set to start on the first visit, the start and expiry dates are only applied once the attendance for the first booked class is submitted.


Looking at Jonna’s activity, she booked classes and appointments for dates after September 14th on August 31st. Since her attendance hadn’t been marked yet on August 31st, the membership's expiry date hadn’t been set, which allowed her to book sessions beyond September 14th.


To avoid this we would recommend changing the setting to start the "Two Week Detox" membership on date of purchase instead of first visit.
