EMS PCR

What is it about?

EMS PCR is a full-featured, electronic patient care report (PCR) for the iPad. It allows EMTs, paramedics, and other EMS personnel to enter electronic Patient Care Records. Such PCRs include: patient contact information (name, address, gender, date of birth, telephone number) and assessments (systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse, respirations, SPO2, chief complaint, clinical impression, medical history, mechanism of injury, allergies, medications, treatments, and full narrative) . Multiple, time-stamped assessments can be entered for each patient. Note: the basic version allows the entry of 2 patients. Upgrade to the Plus version for entry of unlimited patients.
