Encode&Decode-Engineer Tool

This is an encoding tool designed to make it easier for engineers to process some encoded data.
The main function:
* Encode text to Base64 string / Unicode character / Morse code.
* Decode Base64 string / Unicode character / Morse code to text.
* URI Encode / URI Decode. (Percent-encoding URL for application/x-www-form-urlencoded).
* Calculate Hash from String to MD2 / MD4 / MD5 / SHA1 / SHA224 / SHA256 / SHA284 / SHA512.
* Encode image from Photo Library to Base64.
* Decode Base64 string to image and save to Album.
