Energy Step

"E=mc2" means that energy of the physical body and the mind are aspects of the same essence. This app helps you experience them as similar by following a walking meditation.

The exercise is to notice how each mental step is like each physical step.

The feeling is that a step of any kind relates to a circular path.

A step is a vertical (sine function) or horizontal (cosine) function of a circle. A step is part of a wave. Matter is density of waves in space. Energy is either potential (the crests and troughs of waves) or kinetic (the straighter parts of the waves). So being aware of mental process steps and physical stepping is being aware of the vibrating waves of matter and energy.
