Ensu lets you use your music listening as a tool to understand and manage your mental health.
Connect up your Spotify to see what your music says about your moods, learn more about how you listen to music, and listen to music in cool new ways that boost your mood.
Ensu's proprietary AI algorithms show you mood charts that represent predictions of your mood states based on your music listening. These algorithms analyze both what you listen to (the songs themselves, and properties of those songs), as well as how you listen to music (active behaviors such as skipping songs, repeating songs, moving from one playlist to another etc.).
Learn more about what your music says about your moods through Ensu's breakdowns feature. Explore daily summaries of how you've listened to music, and see how your own music listening strategies tie-in to emotion regulation goals.
Ensu's Music Mix feature also applies principles of music therapy to build you a progression of songs designed to move you from one emotional state to another. Choose how you're feeling; what you want to feel; and what type of music you want to listen to. Sit back and enjoy as Ensu creates your own customized mental health playlist!
Stay connected to those who matter through music and mental health! Create 'surprises' of kind notes and messages - these are sent to your friends automatically in moments when they're feeling not so good (as detected by the music emotion predictions).
