Enzle looks to simplify the real estate market for realtors. Rather than having to resort to the comparable homes process immediately, Enzle breaks the local real estate market down into nine different categories: closed sales, listed homes, closed prices, listed prices, valuation accuracy, price per square foot, days on market, land sales, and land listings. Enzle then combines them into a composite index, called the Enzle Market Index (or EMI for short), to give you a sense of if the market is trending buyers or sellers. Enzle also calculates classic market indicators such as Absorption Rate and Months of Inventory for your convenience as well.
