Eon – Make Habits Automatic

Eon uses a habit loop (cue -> action -> reward) to make healthy behaviors automatic over time. You can design cues that will trigger the desired behavior, so that good habits become reflexive. The app also tracks how automatic your habits are, the algorithm for which is based on a popular scientific paper about habit formation.
