Please note:
This app requires an internet connection to retrieve the weather likelihoods from https://xivapi.com. During each session, this will only be retrieved once and stored in memory. If the app is closed, it will redownload on its next use. While user API calls are restricted to a few per second, this app will never reach the limiting number of calls.
