SIGNACONTROL EP2000 findet als hochskalierbares Leitsystem Anwendung u.a. in den Bereichen Energie- und Wasserversorgung, Abwasserbereich, Umwelttechnik und allgemeine industrielle Aufgaben.
Die App EP2000.mobile bietet einfachen Zugriff auf Funktionen von EP2000 wie etwa Meldebilder, Betriebstagebücher, Anlageübersicht und Archivtrends. Weiterhin empfängt die App Alarmmeldungen und zeigt diese als Push-Nachrichten an, auch wenn das Mobilgerät gerade nicht benutzt wird. Dazu wird ein Alarmton ausgelöst bis der verantwortliche Nutzer darauf aktiv reagiert.
