Eplus Tutor

Eplus Tutor is an app, developed by Eplus.bike, which offers for free the full customization of ECO parameters for ebikes with Shimano Steps E8000 engine (which can be activated free of charge by Eplus Dealers: https://www.eplus.bike/en/retailers/) . Unlike the original app, which allows you to lower the ECO with fixed parameters, Eplus allows you to freely choose the values ​​to achieve maximum customization.
The Dealer may also provide other modifications: the full version which allows the modification of the maximum speed up to 50 km/h and the remapping of the engine. With the full version, using the Eplus Tutor app, the cyclist can also set power and torque values directly from the app and use predefined riding settings.
A useful burglar alarm is also available for free in the app: when you park the bike in crowded places, before leaving you can press the "ANTITHEFT" button: this way the engine does not work and, in the event of theft, the bike does not provide assistance.
In the event of theft you have to press the "SIGNAL BIKE THEFT", only usable when the antitheft has been activated, and immediately the date, time, GPS position and owner data will be communicated to the Eplus control panel and the electric motor will remain locked pending the report to the competent authorities.
Once the complaint has been received, the engine assistance function can only be reactivated if accessed from an Eplus dealer or the Shimano manufacturer.
If the thief tries to reactivate the system, he will be immediately identified.
