Equipment Daddy

Equipment Daddy is a cross-platform (mobile and web) application designed to simplify the process of finding and hiring skilled technicians for a variety of services. The system includes three functional portals: Admin, User, and Technician.
The User Portal allows customers to browse services, hire technicians, and track job progress. The Technician Portal enables technicians to manage service requests and update job status in real time. The Admin Portal oversees the entire system, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
The platform enhances communication between users and technicians, improves service reliability, and supports real-time updates—ensuring timely and effective job completion.
Customers can upload equipment repairs into the application and mechanics can bid on repair, mechanics can also let customer know when they are headed to location to look at machine and repair it.
